I ordered a custom light frame as a gift for my friend’s birthday and I am so glad I chose Base Sun. I was originally slightly skeptical, but I gave them a try, and I was blown away by how easy and smooth the process was with them. After placing my order, I reached out to them on WhatsApp because I had additional images I wanted to share to make sure the design came out exactly how I envisioned. Their team responded within a few hours, answered all of my questions, and even sent me a video of the finished design before shipping it out so I could confirm everything was perfect. The frame arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. In person it looks even better than I expected. The product feels very well made and not cheap at all. It is clear that a lot of care went into creating it as well as into the packaging. Overall, the customer service was outstanding and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Base Sun to anyone looking for a unique, well-made light frame.

When I first saw this item advertised on an Instagram ad, I thought it was the coolest thing I've ever seen related to Arcane. I wanted it immediately. However I was a little wary, as the site, baseuntech, didn't seem to have a ton of reviews aside on it's own site. But the reviews there finally convinced me to go for it. And it was honestly better than I could have hoped for in every way. It got here it about a weeks worth of business days for starters. It was packed very nicely and with care. And as the video attached shows, it's nothing short of pure art. I love this item more than my words can say.
